Our Mission

It all started with a friend asking for a favor. This friend knew a pastor whose church couldn't afford their roofing project due to lack of funds. So the friend reached out to Joe Casalese (Covered by Christ's founder) to see if he had any connections within the roofing industry. Joe reached out to a few roofing contractors and found one that would do the project for below cost. 

Then, Joe started a campaign to raise the funds for the remainder of the cost. Friends, family, and his church came together to raise three quarters of the funds. The congregation of the church raised the rest. The seed was planted, and the Holy Spirit kept speaking to Joe. Soon after, Joe was able to facilitate help another pastor friend, and then another family in need in the same way. 

As a result, Covered by Christ was created in 2023 with a focus on serving those who serve.
